Skilled Prep Cook

Dishwasher

 

We are event-driven and looking to hire a dedicated prep cook; we need someone who is available Monday through Sunday, during business hours, for 20-30 hours per week. We are open to adapting the position for the right candidate, regarding scheduling.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bulk ingredients for Executive Chef, including gathering and preparing mise en place, kitting items for recipes, preparing and assembling food components, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Following recipes and procedures with accuracy; following verbal instructions and coaching from existing production team.
  • Adhering to food safety standards
  • Managing multiple tasks and timelines

Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of cooking and preparing food in a commercial kitchen or restaurant (fast food experience does not qualify.)
  • Preferred: Scratch cooking experience
  • Preferred: MN Safe Serv or Food Managers certificate

 

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour for those with required experience

We are event-driven and looking to hire dishwashers for multiple shifts. These shifts will support 7 days a week during early morning, business, evening and weekend hours. We pay fair wages and consider our dishwasher a critical member of our team. We are open to adapting the position for the right candidate to be part time, full time, expanded responsibilities, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • High volume dishwashing including spraying, scrubbing and soaking dishes; running through our commercial dishwasher; drying and storing. (20+ hours per week.)
  • Additional opportunities available after proven performance:
    • General support for cleaning and organizing our shop
    • Prep cook on high-volume days
    • Delivery driver when needed
    • On-site event support

On-Call Event Servers

Administrative Client Coordinator

 

We are people driven and looking for servers who like to put the "wow" in clients events. We are looking for energetic and personable servers to join our team. We are known for our service and fun and supportive work environment so must have the highest standards of customer service and enjoy working with people.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Performing tasks according to instructions from Event Lead including: setting tables, managing supplies, serving tables, setting up buffet line, serving on buffet line, replenishing food, bussing tables, tear down buffet line, help with clean up, other tasks as requested.

 

 

Requirements:

  • This is an on-call position and events are frequently on evenings, nights and weekends.
  • You must be able to stand on your feet and work in a fast past environment.
  • Shifts are a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Must be able to provide your own transportation for off-site events.

 

 

Job Type: Part-time, On-call

 

Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are looking for someone who is relationship-focused and detail-oriented to fill our Administrative Client Coordinator position. You will be the primary point of contact for catering clients who are hosting corporate functions and special events. This position is responsible for receiving inquiries and taking them all the way through to producing the event itself. You will also provide support to our admin team to improve our team systems and production.

 

Client Coordinator Responsibilities (50%)

  • Promptly and warmly respond to customer inquiries via phone, text, email and website
  • Advise customers on menu, rental and service options; guide them through the process (inquiry > proposal > deposit > event)
  • Create, send and close catering proposals and contract for events
  • Send deposit links, manage all communication and finalize details prior to events
  • Measurable Goal: Secure at least 4 event deposits per month (no cold calling required.)

 

Admin Responsibilities (50%)

  • External liaison for the business administration team providing support around invoicing, venue fees, handling COIs/W9s/permit requests, etc.
  • Internal project manager for process improvement and project work.

 

Requirements:

  • Be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Have excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Be available to work at least 30 hours per week (business hours & nights/weekends)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of combined experience (administrative/client relations experience + catering/event experience)

 

Job Type: Full Time (30-40 hours)

Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour
