I have been with Chef Jeff Catering for over a year and I love working for this small but mighty team! I have been in the events industry for 20 years and I love helping people plan and execute special events. When I started at Chef Jeff Catering, they had a need for this focused and thorough attention on weddings and ever since, I have become the wedding expert! I am passionate about serving and supporting folks – I love hearing about our clients, their stories and what brought them together. I can help with menu planning, service questions, day-of coordination and more. I get excited by the details and seeing a plan come together!

I am a dual citizen, originally from Denmark, and I’ve lived in the United States for over 10 years. I share my life with my husband and our three-year-old, Bella. She is a bundle of energy and joy and provides lots of practice in adapting and thinking on my feet! I have been delighted to join this team of folks at Chef Jeff Catering and I am honored and grateful to share time and space and life with them. This is truly an exceptional place to work and we are really excited about being of service to others on their important days.
