I started working in the kitchen with my dad, Chef Jeff at 12 years old. I would work part time on weekends helping cater banquets. After high school I headed to Carleton College in Northfield MN where I received a BA in Psychology and met my college sweetheart and husband. We moved to Chicago where I started my career in marketing and business strategy working with non-profit medical associations. My husband and I moved back to MN in 2015 with 2 kids in tow and I began working full time for Chef Jeff Catering.
Even though I have catered thousands of events I still get butterflies right before each event. The excitement and joy of helping our clients have a beautiful moment drives me. I love working with clients and making their food & event dreams come true. I use my creativity, resourcefulness and attention to detail to help my clients plan exciting events and insanely delicious meals. As Chef Jeff's daughter, I cherish the family dynamic our business offers our clients. We truly view our clients as our extended family and work hard to deliver services that go above and beyond their expectations. It’s not just about the food. People matter to us and that dynamic is present in everything we do and how we run our business!
